- Study conducted should be able to solve the problem being identified. Adequate proper plan of study is being taken.
- There is sufficient data available to support the research/study. The study should contribute to the society or technology.

- Thoroughness or soundness of research is being identified/undertaken. Conclusion of study and any potential further work is being identified.
