KICT POSGRADUATE STUDENT COLLOQUIUM 2013
Deputy Dean Postgraduate & Research Office (DDPGR) of KICT in collaboration with Kulliyyah of ICT (KICT) and Postgraduate Student Society (PGSS), KICT will organize the 3rd Postgraduate Students Colloquium (PGSC) on 3rd October 2013.
There are many activities that will be held during this colloquium such as poster presentation by the PG students, seminar/workshop, exhibition (by industrial partner) and so forth.
Essentially, this colloquium offers the postgraduate students the occasion to come together, to listen to poster presentations from postgraduate students representing various fields from across three departments of our kuliyyah; Department of Information System (DIS), Department of Computer Science (DCS) and Department of Library and Information Science (DLIS).
Regardless of the stage of research progression, students are welcome to present their posters at the colloquium. Presentations will cover topics from the DIS, DCS and DLIS. Good presentations would be awarded by judges (internal and external) with 3 levels of superior performance; Gold, Silver and Bronze.
This program is COMPULSORY for all postgraduate students in research mode and mix mode.
